Shipping is now open to the UK and the EU (excluding Germany)!

For all non-US orders, customs duties will now be collected upon checkout (instead of at time of delivery) to avoid surprises later. All non-US orders will also now be delivered by UPS or DHL, instead of USPS.
German customers will need to use a third party shipping forwarding service or have the package sent to a friend/family in a different country, then forwarded.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, all sales are final. Please check measurements on the provided size charts for shirt listings before purchasing.

Do you accept cancellations?

Please contact me ASAP via email with your order number if you want to modify or cancel an order. 5% of your order total will be deducted from your refund to account for processing fees.

I cannot cancel orders after they have been shipped.

How do I read the size chart for clothing?

The size charts show measurements for shirts laid flat, not measurements for your body. Measure shirts you already own that fit you, NOT your body (because your body is 3D and will not match 2D measurements!)

My order arrived incorrect or damaged.

Please contact me with photos of your order and I will assist you.

How do I wash clothes I bought from you?

All the clothes I sell can be machine washed and dried (preferably with cold water and low heat for longevity). If you're trying to be extra careful with a garment, it will last even longer if you hand wash and/or hang dry it because machines create some extra mechanical agitation and overheating fabric breaks it down over time. This is true for just about any clothing, not only the pieces I make!

If you're machine washing button ups, especially ones with star or heart buttons, it may help to put the shirts in a delicates bag to avoid getting buttons snagged on something, which could pull buttons off.

Personally, I machine wash and dry all the clothes I sell and wear myself without using a delicates bag. These are just suggestions for extra care!

My keychain arrived with scratches.

There is a clear plastic film on both sides of the keychain to protect it during transit. You can peel it off. The film may appear scratched, but the actual keychain is safe.

How long does it take to get an order?

Processing time: 1-2 weeks. Potentially longer during busy periods (holidays and store updates). This is the time between you placing the order and me packing it up!

Shipping: 3-5 business days in U.S. 1-2 weeks to the rest of the world. This is the time between me packing the order and the mail carrier delivering the package to you!

I generally ship once a week on Mondays or Tuesdays, although this may vary based on volume order. Please be patient! This store is operated by one person.

Tracking info

All packages come with tracking through USPS except sticker-only mail. International packages may not update tracking once they leave the U.S. and enter another country.

Please note that as USPS is currently experiencing issues, your tracking may show that your package was delivered before you actually receive your package. 

Help, I entered the wrong address!

Please always double-check your address at checkout! If you entered the wrong address, please contact me ASAP with your order number and the correct address so I can change it. If the order has already been shipped, I can no longer change the address.

If your package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, you will have to pay shipping cost again for me to re-ship.

Help, I didn't receive my package!

Here are some steps you can take to locate your package. 

  • Wait a day or two. The package may still be on its way to you even though it was marked delivered.
  • Ask your neighbors or apartment management if the package was delivered to the wrong address.
  • Ask your local USPS office for help (have your tracking number on hand).

I live in an eligible shipping country but got an error message at checkout stating that my address in incorrect.

The actual issue is probably that your order reached a weight limit and you would need to split your order into two.
